mixed feelings about the stay.

very cleanoverwhelmed staffmany children
the hotel was very clean.
the staff seemed overwhelmed, i often waited a long time to be served at breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant! it was too busy. the hotel is advertised as a health and wellness resort, but it felt more like a family hotel. there were children running around everywhere.

Really good Service and Beautiful Setting

I enjoyed the great WiFi service. I was able to stream Netflix shows through chromecast for evening entertainment (a nice bonus!). The beach is adjoining and very nice. Sun-beds are included. I also liked the abundance of facilities.

i had such a great time at this hotel! the staff, especially fotis, gabriella, teresa, theodora, and nikoleta, provided really good service even when it was super busy. their hard work and dedication really made a difference, and i felt very well taken care of.
The mini bar lacked variety. It only included water and fizzy drinks! i wished there were beer or wine options available too.

The food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the greek authentic dishes offered during lunch! the restaurants maintained super clean conditions, and the restaurant staff was hard working. This provided a great experience. the meals arrived super fast.

The hotel provided several dining options. I enjoyed lunch at the Street Food Hub. The main restaurant, Lopia, offered a diverse buffet. The bar had a skilled bartender, A, who made a special Amaretto Sour.
The minibar was not sufficiently stocked.
